A LIL' ABOUT US
Kate and Charles - Snow Capped Properties started in 2001 in Boulder and Fort Collins. Over the years we have expanded our management to Denver, Centennial, and even ventured out of state. The most recent properties brought us to Granby in 2018 where we have come to love and enjoy all of what Grand County has to offer and where we have decided to focus our energy. We also have a couple "interns", G and H, who are learning the trade. They have great ideas for home improvements and management, but zero concept of budget... at least at this time.

Garrison is a young professional with a degree in Business Administration, specialized in Real Estate from CU Boulder. With a passion for working closely with clients and tenants, Garrison enjoys providing exceptional solutions in the realm of property management and customer experience. Beyond his professional pursuits, he loves skiing, golf, and to spend time hiking and camping with his dog, Chief.

Those who know me consider me a jack of all trades. My experience with property maintenance came after a long line of careers including health coaching, teaching, and bookkeeping. I own two houses of my own, and have rented them both long term and short term over the past several years. I understand the love and attention needed in a home, and enjoy giving owners a stress free life. In my off time, I love to stay active and spend time with my husband, daughter, son, and twin babies.
