Our Home Watch program is geared for second homeowners who choose not to rent out their property but still seek regular checks to maintain smooth home operations. We offer peace of mind by conducting regular property checks during periods of vacancy. We all know that things break and when (not if) they do we can help ensure that they caught sooner and are brought to your attention to help minimize damages instead of having a larger surprise.
We offer $60/mo. for monthly check ups or $100/mo. for double the assurance.
